Women are an entity of love, a temple of care, a monument of beauty, a pasteur of kindness, a river of calmness and a light of hope.
Let’s just stop right there and stop saying the same stuff we have been saying for decades every other march each year. This is the time we will take a big leap and see the facts about who really women are and what they are capable of. We will see two examples of how women saved humanity in the modern era and in the ancient era.
Men Might Rule The World But Women Help Us Survive It
The Role Models of Modern Era:
Year after year we celebrate this women’s day not knowing what the main objective of the women’s day is. Women may be weak physically when compared to men but what really matters is in this modern era it is not the physical aspect which will bring humanity back from knees, what really will bring back the world to a normal phase is leadership abilities, organisational skills and Influential properties. Which are the aspects which every single woman in this whole wide world possesses in abundance.This may sound like a joke but we have seen proof in our lifetime. Lets just take a moment to examine the corona pandemic and how the world handled it, most of the world leaders were trembling on their knees and the advisors were biting fingernails with fear of a world level apocalypse.
But, 3 countries handled this pandemic situation with great efficiency and showed the world what a well organised government looks like. All these countries had one thing in common, all the countries were administered by women.
Taiwanese President – Tsai Ing-Wen
New Zealand Prime Minister – Jacinda Ardern
German Chancellor – Angela Merkel
These countries led by women witnessed fewer deaths compared to the ones with similar characteristics led by men. This was because men approach a problem with a task oriented mindset, while women use inter personality skills to handle an issue. This causes women to be more democratic and they have better communication skills when compared to men.
These skills that women alone posses helped humans set an example for setting a limit for organisational capabilities and leadership skills.
The Saviors Of Ancient Era:
Thousands of years ago us humans were walking around scavenging and hunting trying to survive everyday with the resources which he had. That was the time when humans began to form groups and hunt greater animals successfully.
At the same time where we roamed the earth we humans met another humanoid species which was more similar to us in strength, and almost intelligent just like us. Scientists named these species Homo Neanderthalensis or the Neanderthals in short. Neanderthals followed the same hunting and scavenging patterns just like us humans. And us the human species and the neanderthals had several clashes for resources and hunting grounds.
But somehow around 35,000 years ago the neanderthals vanished from the face of the earth. Scientists conducted several researches to find out why we humans survived that era but the neanderthals did not. The results they produced were jaw dropping.
When humans used stone weapons to hunt and kill the neanderthals were also in their stone age and were in a neck to neck position in the competition of the resources for survival. But one thing the neanderthals didn’t have was an evolutionary advantage. We humans had developed a slightly larger brain when compared to our cousins the neanderthals.
While the male used the brains to develop tactics and strategies to fight, females used their evolved brains to prepare stone tools which could grind nuts and process food. And female human species also developed sewing needles that could make fur coats that helped the ancient humans to protect themselves from the cold and harsh weather of that era.
The neanderthals died due to the diseases caused by the cold weather while the humans survived because of the needle that helped us sew our clothes which was a revolutionary advantage over the enemy humanoids.
Thus the females of our species saved us all from extinction. Women truly are the saviors of the ancient era.
The Future:
This pandemic is a great example that showed us that the world is lagging in doctor to patient ratio. Most of the countries suffered due to this imbalanced ratio levels. But surprisingly almost half the students who study MBBS are girls. Girls can be considered as the future workforce that may heal our country’s population in majority. Their guts even in this pandemic situation proved that they are equally utilising the opportunities to gain equal importance in the medical field. Around 40-50% of the gender population in medical colleges abroad, around the world is occupied by the Indian girl students who hold the keys to the future in their hands firmly.
The University of Perpetual Help System Dalta in Philippines, where the Indian student concentration is high we found out that the Indian girl student population was around 45-50%. As we know numbers don’t lie so we can hope to see an increase in the female doctor population in India and around the world.

Women are considered less efficient because they are being oppressed for ages. When educated, trained and given opportunities same as men women can excel more than we think. Every woman in this world holds up half the burden men hold. They even hold more of our burden indirectly. So we as human beings must consider each and every one of us ignoring the gender as one and work towards prosperity and peace.
So this month let us stop presenting women as the agents that represent beauty and submission. And start lifting them as leaders and path makers to our future and support them hold half the sky.
